These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of smwn.wildapricot.org and your participation as a member, event registrant, or donor of the Santa Maria Women's Network ("SMWN," "we," "us"). By creating an account, registering for an event, or submitting payment on this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership Membership is open to all individuals regardless of gender who support SMWN's mission. Membership runs on an annual cycle and must be renewed yearly. Membership does not renew automatically — members receive a reminder and must complete checkout to renew. The Board of Directors reserves the right to approve or refuse membership applications and to remove any member who does not comply with SMWN's Policies or Bylaws.

2. Payment Terms

• All fees, dues, and prices on this site are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Payments are processed securely through AffiniPay, Wild Apricot's integrated payment processor. SMWN does not store full payment card numbers.
• The Network reserves the right to change membership dues, meeting fees, and event pricing at its discretion, and will make reasonable efforts to notify members at least 30 days in advance of any fee change.

3. Events and Meetings Registration for meetings and events is non-refundable but transferable to another individual within the same company membership, as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Account Termination SMWN reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account and site access for violation of these Terms, our Policies, or our Bylaws, or for non-payment of dues. Termination does not entitle a member to a refund of dues or fees already paid.

5. Website Use The Member Directory and related site features are provided for networking purposes among current members only. You agree not to misuse member contact information collected through the Directory for unsolicited commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimers Content on this site is provided "as is" for informational purposes. SMWN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to These Terms We may revise these Terms from time to time; continued use of the site or renewal of membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
