This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for Santa Maria Women's Network memberships, meetings/events, and donations made through smwn.wildapricot.org.
Memberships
- Annual renewing membership dues are non-refundable once processed.
- New-member prorated dues are non-refundable once processed.
- Members who resign mid-year are not entitled to a partial or prorated refund of dues already paid.
- Membership does not auto-renew. Members are sent a renewal reminder in advance of their expiration date but must log in and complete checkout to renew; no card is charged automatically.
Events and Meeting Registrations
- Meeting and event registration payments are non-refundable.
- Registration is transferable to another individual within the same company/organization membership. A transferred registration may only be used for the specific meeting or event it was purchased for and cannot be applied to a future date.
Donations
- All donations made to the Santa Maria Women's Network, including contributions to the annual Member Grant fund, are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact the Board of Directors before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, so we can investigate and correct the issue directly.
Changes to This Policy
The Network may update this policy at its discretion; members will be notified of material changes in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
